Last week a few other students and I went to Las Vegas to help one of my journalism professors run the rAVe Publication booth at the Las Vegas InfoComm convention. Think of it as a really big audiovisual convention with the latest and greatest TVs, projectors, screens and mounts on display. It’s basically a tech-y person’s dream come true. And it was our job to report and video each and every one of the new products being presented. Whew!

Friends & Food

fav Vegas drink: I don’t know what it’s called, but it had a lot of limes. Like a mojito, without the mint!
Whew…picture overload
I am glad to be back in Charlotte. I am on mile 46 of my 100 mile challenge. So in between all the swim lessons I teach, I have been heading to the gym to crank out the miles. Only 54 more to go!
Have a lovely Thursday!

Hey! Looks like your Vegas trip was a ton of fun! I think they call a mojito with no mint rum with lime
I can’t believe they kicked you out of that Casino! You know me, I would’ve had a meltdown on the floor and then they would’ve kicked me out for causing a scene. Oh, well. I’m glad you’re home safely! Love you! Have a good day!!!!

It was a lot of fun
I hope Chicago was great! They actually just wouldn’t let me into the club because they thought my ID was fake! Good grief!
