Local Honey for Allergies

My first few days of college-freedom have been filled with coughs, sneezes and sniffles. The moment I got in the car to come back to Charlotte after graduation, I felt it sink in. I have one heck of a sinus infection. So the past few days have been filled with hot tea, honey and a lot of NCIS re-runs
I’ve heard local honey is supposed to work wonders for your sinus/allergy problems because it’s made from the pollen that’s making you sick! I love this wildflower honey. It’s floral and sweet, and I definitely think it’s working. Or maybe it’s just my cold meds.
Is anyone else out there suffering from allergies/sore throat/sinuses? What makes you feel better?!
Right now I am currently just trying not to sound like Kermit the frog
xoxo,
K

I have allergies too. Mine come in the form of coughing and red eyes. I love tea with *HONEY*, ginger, & lemon. Very soothing.
